Tips on making easy-to-make Chocolate muffin
Ingredients:
All-purpose flour 230g
2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
sugar 160g
butter 230g
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of cocoa essence
chocolate chips 30g
Method
1. Beat the eggs with sugar,mix with flour, cocoa powder and cocoa essence.
2. Add chocolate chips; coat them with flour before mixing into the batter.
3. Bake at 175℃ about 20 minutes.
